Download the following Letters: • You have already received information regarding the Year 3 and 4 trip to Glan Llyn on Tuesday, 14th July. Payment – £32 to be paid via ParentPay. You may pay in instalments. Once again, thank you to the PTA for donating £10 per child. Medical form – The children will be bringing a medical form home over the next few days. We kindly ask you to complete the form and return it as soon as possible. Lunch – The kitchen staff will provide a sandwich for each child for the trip. We ask that you complete the Forms questionnaire below, indicating your child’s sandwich choice. We suggest that children bring additional food with them, as it will be a long and busy day of activities. Dewis cinio Glan Llyn BL3a4 – Fill in form . Time – We ask that children arrive at school by 8:15am, and we hope to return to school by 4:45pm. If you have any questions regarding the trip, please feel free to contact us. • We are currently in the process of organising the annual School Eisteddfod. If your child won a trophy at last year’s Eisteddfod, we would be grateful if you could return it to the school as soon as possible. • A reminder of the year 5 and 6 Royal Welsh Show this Thursday. The children are welcome to come to school in their own clothes or farming clothes. We also kindly ask that if you have a glass jar, would it be possible for the children to bring one with them on the day? I am attaching the homework task sheet again as well. We will display all the hard work the children have completed in the classes for the rest of the school to come and see. Wednesday morning, May 6th/ 13th and 20th. The cost of the bus will be £2:50 to be paid through Parent Pay. The children can bring their favourite book into school to share. They can also dress as a character from a book or come in their pajamas. • Please see the timetable for the Urdd competition preliminaries on the morning of Saturday, 28th March at Ysgol Brynhyfryd. Also, please see the order of competitions for the afternoon, which begins at 1.30pm. The trip has been kindly funded by Xplore and Ysgol Pen Barras PTA. The children will travel to and from Xplore within school hours. The children may bring up to £2 with them to spend in the shop.
